Shipping and returns

All the items in our catalogue are in stock and already authenticated: they are ready to be sent to you! We ship within 72 hours. Packages are shipped via DHL EXPRESS with signature and insurance. Postage is free for France for orders over 500 euros.
Shipping costs cover preparation and packaging costs in addition to postage costs.
The boxes are appropriately sized and your items are properly protected.

Refund policy

Satisfied or refunded!
You have the right to change your mind. Simply send a request for a return by email to retours@myzah.com, within 14 days of receiving your package. A return code and the modalities will be sent to you: the article must be sent back complete in its original packaging with all its accessories and documents, its labels and seals duly affixed.
The shipping costs are at the expense of the customer, who must send the package with a tracking number, signature and ad valorem insurance.
